APPLICATIONS FOR 2023 INTERNSHIPS NOW OPEN

DUE DATE 30 SEPTEMBER 2022

The application window for the 2023 Unidroit Scholarship, Internship and Research Programme has just opened. All of the relevant information can be found on the Unidroit website at https://www.unidroit.org/research-and-internships. Applications for all three programmes can be sent to the Programme Coordinator, Ms Laura Tikanvaara (l.tikanvaara@unidroit.org) by 30 September 2022.

The Unidroit Scholarship, Internship and Research Programme is entirely funded by extra-budgetary contributions from law firms, universities, prominent academics, associations, foundations and member states. In recent years, the Programme has received the majority of its support from Sir Roy Goode, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, the Brazilian Madruga Law Firm, the Unidroit Foundation and the Unidroit Alumni Association. The number of scholarships and paid internships awarded each year depends on the available funding. Funding one internship costs approximately 3000 euro, whereas funding one scholarship costs approximately 5000 euro. Should any Correspondents wish to discuss the creation of a specialised named annual scholarship or internship at Unidroit in 2023 on behalf of their university, law firm or association, please do not hesitate to contact the Programme Coordinator, Ms Laura Tikanvaara (l.tikanvaara@unidroit.org).
