Academia de La Haya de Derecho Internacional extiende fecha límite para solicitar postulación al Centre for Studies and Research 2021
La Academia de La Haya de Derecho Internacional anunció la extensión de la fecha límite para solicitar la postulación al Centre for Studies and Research 2021 (aplazamiento de la edición 2020) hasta el 1 de septiembre de 2020. El programa tendrá lugar entre el 16 de agosto y el 3 de septiembre de 2021 y se centrará en el tema “Applicable Law Issues in International Arbitration”.
Los Directores de Investigación, Prof. Giuditta Cordero-Moss (Universidad de Oslo) y Prof. Diego Fernández Arroyo (Sciences Po, París), invitan a presentar sus postulaciones a investigadores, doctorandos en la fase final de sus estudios de doctorado, estudiantes con títulos avanzados en derecho, ciencias políticas u otras disciplinas relacionadas, profesores en etapa inicial y profesionales del derecho. Los solicitantes deben identificar el tema específico sobre el que pretenden escribir. Los participantes serán seleccionados durante el otoño de 2020, y se reunirán en La Haya durante el período del programa para finalizar sus trabajos. Los mejores artículos se incluirán en un libro que se publicará en otoño de 2022.

The Hague Academy of International Law announces the extension of the deadline to apply for the 2021 Centre for Studies and Research (postponement of the 2020 edition) until September 1st, 2020 (GMT+1). The programme will take place between August 16th and September 3rd, 2021 and will focus on the topic of “Applicable Law Issues in International Arbitration”.
The Directors of Research, Prof. Giuditta Cordero-Moss (University of Oslo) and Prof. Diego Fernández Arroyo (Sciences Po, Paris), invite applications from researchers including students in the final phase of their doctoral studies, holders of advanced degrees in law, political science, or other related disciplines, early-stage professors and legal practitioners. Applicants should identify the specific topic on which they intend to write. Participants will be selected during the fall of 2020, and will convene at The Hague during the programme period to finalize their papers. The best articles will be included in a book to be published in the fall of 2022.

Les praticiens sont également bienvenus. Les personnes sélectionnées en seront averties à l’automne 2020 et se réuniront à La Haye pendant la durée du programme, afin de mettre la dernière main à leurs contributions, qui seront réunies dans un ouvrage de référence à paraître à l’automne 2022.
